Terms and Conditions

1. Participation in the prize draw shall be deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The prize draw is open to all mainland UK residents aged 18 or over. The prize draw is not open to Adwanted UK or Radiocentre employees or anyone who is professionally connected to the prize draw.
3. To enter the prize draw, use J-ET Copy+ for all of your radio campaigns during December 2018.
4. Twenty winners will be chosen by way of a draw from all entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will take place on 14 January 2019. One prize per winner.
5. Winners will be notified by phone / email within 28 days after the draw date.
6. Winners will receive a Google Home Mini. If the prizes stated are unavailable, an alternative of the same value will be supplied. The prize, is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or any other prize.
7. By entering the prize draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your prize draw entry and in promotion of the prize draw.
8. The prize draw and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
